We are seeking Video Content Operation Intern to support post-publishing activities across our YouTube channels. This role focuses on executing defined workflows with accuracy, performing quality assurance checks, and following established SOPs when working with sensitive media assets. It is an excellent opportunity for interns who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital media operations. 

YOUR MISSION: 

• Perform post-schedule tasks in YouTube Studio, including:
• Adding and validating end screens
• Configuring info cards
• Assigning videos to existing playlists and creating playlists when required
• Conduct final Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure all content meets defined SOPs and channel-specific guidelines;
• Validate monetization status and flag any discrepancies according to escalation rules;
• Follow structured workflows and document actions taken where required;
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and consistency;
• Escalate issues, risks, or deviations promptly and appropriately based on defined protocols;
• Handle channel access responsibly, ensuring no unauthorized or unapproved changes are made.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-assurance-oriented mindset;
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs, checklists, and channel-specific rules with precision;
• Comfortable managing repetitive and high-volume tasks without loss of accuracy;
• Good judgment, especially in identifying when to escalate issues;
• High sense of responsibility and awareness when working with sensitive systems and assets;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with YouTube Studio is a strong plus, but not required (training will be provided)
