Currently we are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Step into our world, where advanced technologies take center stage, transforming the online financial trading experience.
YOUR MISSION:
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries and support tickets across multiple channels (e.g., email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues on multiple systems independently, following established procedures and best practices.
- Escalate unresolved issues or special requests to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely follow-up.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issue details, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and enhance customer service skills through training and self-learning initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction, retention, and strong client relationships.
- Participate in developing documentation and Knowledge Base technical articles on the Company products
- Conduct live sessions with B2B customers to resolve cases in real time.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Support specialist for enterprise (B2B) software
- Experience supporting B2B customers with large, complex environments.
- Proven experience utilizing Microsoft CRM to manage and optimize customer relationship processes effectively.
- Experience onย working within Windows-based environments.
- Being a committed team player who can help lead others through challenging customer issues
- Ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues
- Good communication skills and customer focus
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
STRONG ADVANTAGE, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Experience in a Fin-Tech/Online companyย
- Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science
