We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Implementor to join our team and lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health, Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce configuration, healthcare workflows, and data management, with hands-on experience customizing Health Cloud features to meet business and clinical needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and manage Salesforce Service Cloud to support business requirements.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce (salesforce.com) Health Cloud (salesforce.com/products/health-cloud) in large-scale organizations, according to client requirements.
- Analyse business processes and define requirements with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with business analysts to understand evolving needs.
- Support end-users and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Train users and provide ongoing technical support.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional certifications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong familiarity and proven experience with the Health Cloud module.
- In-depth knowledge of core Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience managing permissions and data security.
- Solid understanding of CRM and organisational business processes.
- Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator – mandatory.
- Development experience with Apex / Lightning Components – strong advantage.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Advanced Administrator) – advantage.
