We are seeking a skilled Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the growth and expansion process of global organizations with us. 

On this position you will not only gain experience in executing the end-to-end recruitment process for challenging roles and collaborate with smart professionals on-site, but will also benefit from the know-how and knowledge of top international brands

Responsibilities: 

• Execute the full lifecycle of the recruitment process by connecting top talents to  great job opportunities;
• Source for potential candidates in social media and initiate phone and/ or in-person interviews;
• Grow and expand own network and database with potential candidates;
• Keep a clear track record on the activity by regularly updating the internal systems, records, and reporting files;
• Work alongside an internationally based talent acquisition team;
• Lead the entire recruitment process and ensure positive candidates’ experience to all applicants;
• Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and  Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruitment process;
• Support the reporting process by providing data analytics and information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and/ or relevant qualification/ course completion in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology;
• Availability to work on a full-time contract basis;
• Eagerness and desire to professionally grow and develop in HR and Recruitment in a market-leading organization;
• Ability to multitask, process information effectively and deliver as per the agreed KPIs and requirements;
• A friendly approach and attitude; skills and ability to engage candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process;

A team player with high standards of morale, work ethics, and accountability;

• A high level of flexibility and willingness to learn and expand your knowledge base and skill-set;
• Very good level of English.

Strong plus but not required:

• Previous experience in recruiting and/ or providing CS service to internal/ external clients;
• Previous experience in recruitment/ staffing agency;
• Technical knowledge and/ or previous experience in tech recruitment will be considered a great advantage.
