We are looking for a Junior Business Development Associate to join AppGreat, a leading global provider of technology services. You will work closely with our business development and sales teams to identify strategic opportunities, support client engagement, and help drive the company’s growth in global and local markets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Curious and analytical approach to problem-solving: You start with a clear understanding of the business context, break down challenges, and contribute to practical solutions—independently or as part of a team.
  • Assist in the research, identification, and qualification of potential clients and partners using tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market databases.
  • Support outbound and inbound sales efforts by helping manage pipelines, crafting outreach messages, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with senior business development managers to prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and industry data to identify new areas for business expansion.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, delivery, product) to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and events to help build strong industry relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Experience working in IT Companies will be considered as an Advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew—written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with tools like CRM platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and basic market research tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a fast learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Experience working with or selling to tech companies/startups is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the local tech ecosystem and international B2B markets is a plus.
