As a Senior Backend Developer you will be part of our Ad Server team. You will optimize a high-scale infrastructure product with billions of transactions every day, own end to end features and handle the entire development cycle – architecture, implementation, deployment and monitoring. As part of the job, you will work closely with the Product, Data, Operations and Business teams. In order to build a great product that will leverage our capabilities and directly influence the way billions of people consume and engage with content over the internet. We are working on a hybrid cloud-based and on-prem environment, with a variety of technologies.
YOUR MISSION:
- Own and Manage our company monetization serving layer.
- Support 99.999 uptime infrastructure products, in the cloud, with billions of transactions every day.
- Own the design, execution, quality, and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
- Improve company development life cycle working with DevOps to optimize git flows and CI/CD processes.
- Be a team player in an agile environment and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an ongoing technical roadmap.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 8+ years of development experience, with at least 5 years specializing in backend development.
- Proficient in GoLang, Microservices architecture, Relational and Non-Relational databases, Redis, and Docker.
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining complex, high-scale systems in cloud environments.
- Fast learner, highly organized, and committed to delivering the highest code quality.
- Independent and proactive, capable of taking ownership of tasks end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools; familiarity with platforms such as Cursor or ClaudeCod is considered an advantage.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- Proven experience working in the Ad-tech industry.
- Familiarity with AWS and GCP.
- Experience with Kafka & data streaming processes.
- Experience in Python.
