We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in React and TypeScript to drive innovation in the user experience for transcription and captioning technology. This role involves designing and implementing dynamic, high-performance user interfaces that enable seamless transformation of audio and video into accurate, real-time text outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop intuitive, high-performance, complex web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver compelling products.
- Optimize front-end applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Design and implement complex architecture.
- Maintain and enhance the existing codebase, following best practices for clean, maintainable code.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development to ensure innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience developing complex, modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Knowledge in UI infrastructure and internal libraries, focusing on optimizations, best practices, and responsiveness (advantageous).
- Understanding of security aspects in web development.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their implementation.
- Strong experience in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) tests for React applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong ability to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions, clearly focusing on the big picture and long-term impact.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience mentoring developers.
- Backend experience with Python.
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and Serverless.
