We are looking for an Atlassian Implementer, who is passionate about Technology and is interested in the opportunity we are giving – working on one of the leading Smart Energy Transformation companies.
YOUR MISSION:
- Manage the creation and maintenance of the new cloud base Atlassian solutions;
- Select, install, configure, and use add-on apps to extend native Jira, Jira service desk and Confluence functionality;
- Find creative ways to overcome native product limitations and/or idiosyncrasies to solve challenging problems for both cloud and server-based products ;
- Create functional and attractive dashboards to visualize program and project-level static and dynamic and static data in both Jira and Confluence ;
- Perform Atlassian Site Administrator duties;
- Perform Atlassian 2nd level support as part of the Atlassian team duties;
- Set up projects and shared and independent workflows for a variety of project types, both for software development and other business needs ;
- Integrate Jira with a wide range of other tools- Confluence, CICD, Auto testing tools, etc.
- Fully exploit Confluence’s tools, templates, and techniques to support teams’ ability to set up information radiators, knowledge bases, data repositories, and collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
- At least 3-year experience as an Atlassian administrator (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service desk)
- Hard-working, responsible, highly motivated, multitasker
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management
- System-wide overview, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and time management
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Fast learner, independent, and autodidact
- Fluent English. .
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- Knowledge of ALM practice and tools – Advantage
- Knowledge and experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps\Flow\BI\Pages)– Major advantage
