We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong familiarity with Health Cloud. The successful candidate will analyse customer needs, present advanced technological solutions, and provide professional estimates for clients in our Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand customer requirements and design the most appropriate solution
- Produce specification documents – High-Level Design and Detailed Design
- Present Salesforce solutions to customers, including demos and in-person meetings
- Prepare technical and business requirement documents
- Provide estimates and insights to project managers regarding challenges and proposed solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure full alignment between requirements and delivered solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Business analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Health Cloud and Salesforce Community
- Solid familiarity with form-building tools such as Titan / Docomotion
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a team
- Ability to tackle challenges and work with a variety of customers
- Knowledge of Salesforce Industries-nice to have.
- Knowledge of Public Sector Cloud-nice to have.
- Project-management experience-nice to have.
