We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and AWS to drive innovation in automation for transcription and captioning technology. This role involves designing and building scalable automation systems to optimize the transformation of audio and video into accurate, real-time text outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based automation solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze system performance and recommend automation-driven enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best automation practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for efficiency and innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
